You can reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the event. We will adjust the time slot based on availability.

Delivery Information

• ✔ Pictures shown on the website are for reference. Final decoration may differ slightly based on availability of materials.
• ✔ Our team will arrive at your location during the booked time slot and complete the decoration setup.
• ✔ For ceiling decorations, please keep a stool or ladder ready at the venue.
• ✔ If the decoration is to be done in a hotel or banquet, you'll need to take prior permission from the management.
• ✔ All items provided for the decoration are company property and will be collected back the next day unless agreed otherwise.
• ✔ Any concerns should be reported within 2 hours after the decoration is completed.
• ✔ Once the decoration is finished, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible.

• ✔ Keep Indoors & Safe: Balloons stay intact longer in a controlled indoor environment. Keep them away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, nails, and pointed décor items. Avoid direct sunlight, wind, or extreme temperatures.
• ✔ Helium Balloons: Typically float for 8–24 hours depending on size and material. Using Hi-Float can extend float time up to a few days. Always tie securely with a weight to prevent drifting.
• ✔ Air-Filled Balloons: Can last 2–7 days indoors, though they may shrink over time. Minimize handling, as oils from hands can weaken the balloons and reduce durability.
• ✔ Outdoor Use: Balloons are sensitive to weather conditions. Sunlight, wind, or rain can cause them to deflate or burst. Outdoor setups are best suited for short events lasting only a few hours.
